This 232,346 SF Concrete tilt up building with 111,500 SF of dry storage, 38,459 SF of cooler, 39,800 SF of freezer and 23,425 SF of office was commissioned in the LA County Region. The scope of work verified all major building systems including HVAC, Electrical, Landscape Irrigation, Fire Alarm Systems, Lighting and Plumbing in order meet California State Mandated criteria of establishing a baseline energy allocation and meeting that or exceeding that during the construction and operations of the building. Because this building had many components, it took the effort of the owner, design/build team, subcontractors and city officials to communicate and work through meeting the design goals. Our scope was to verify and report that it met and has so since the building was operational in 2015
